July Culinary 1 month Group Series - Mediterranean
Join a small group of 6 students over four weeks as we explore the tastes of the Mediterranean. There are far too many recipes to consider as the Mediterranean region is vast. So, for this series we will focus on recipes primarily from Greece, Tunisia, Morocco and Sicily.
The flavours of the Mediterranean are bright, intense, floral, spicy and rich. This is a beautiful region to explore - vibrant colourful food that is considered one of the most enriching “diets” in the world.
Classes take place on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm
Cost per Student is $390 (taxes included) for all 4 Classes. This includes beverages and of course eating the food you have made!
July Schedule
July 3 - Al Fresco Starters - Flatbreads, Labneh, Birk, Beans and Shrimp Saganaki
July 10 - Main Dishes - Pasta Trapanese, Spiced Lamb, Simple Fish
July 17 - Sides - Gem Couscous, Carrot Salad, Fasolakia, Spiced Garden Tomatoes
July 24 - Sweets - Moroccan Orange Cake, Bolo Cookies, Baklava
