Join me in the kitchen for an introduction to fresh Italian pasta from scratch. Together we will make beautiful fresh pasta in a variety of shapes, using traditional techniques. Each will be served with a regional sauce that students will also make by hand. This is a vegetarian class - perfect for summer produce.
