September Group Cooking Series - Italian Autumn
Join a group of 6 other students as we discuss, cook and taste recipes that explore the early Autumn harvest season in Italy. Over 4 classes in September, you will learn traditional soups, sauces, pastas, breads and desserts that amplify the ingredients available this time of year in Italy.
This series is 4 classes:
September 4 - Soups
September 6 - Sauces and Hearty Pastas
September 11 - Breads & Preserving
September 18 - Desserts
The cost for this series is $390 per person . This includes all 4 classes, food and beverages and taxes.
