Join a group of 6 students as we discuss, cook and taste pasta recipes from the Italian North. Hearty seasonal pastas from Lombardia, Piemonte, and Trentino - Alto Adidge. Spend an afternoon with me hand making beautiful pasta with the fireplace crackling in the background and perhaps a little snow falling outside.
