Join me on this 4 week group course as we explore simple Italian recipes from fresh pasta to classic sauces, essential vegetables, antipasti and traditional pastry.
I’ll share stories form my Italian travels and offer insights into the beauty and simplicity of the Italian table and why it’s so important to life in Italy.
Classes take place on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm (One exception for June, there will be 2 classes in one week)
Cost per Student is $390 (taxes included) for all 4 Classes. This includes beverages and of course eating the food you have made!
