august Culinary 1 month Group Series - provençal cooking
Join a small group of students over four weeks as we explore the famous flavours of Provençe. Garlic, anchovy, herbs, olives, lemon, fennel, tomatoes, lavender, melon and more! The recipes you will learn during this series are perfect for the summer season.
Classes take place on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm (With the exception of the first class - August 1, which is a Thursday)
Cost per Student is $390 (taxes included) for all 4 Classes. This includes beverages and of course eating the food you have made!

August Aperitif - Pissaladière, Aioli, Tapenade, Socca, Tartine
August 7 Provençal Vegetables - Ratatouille, Tian, Pasta Pistou
August 14 Provençal Dinner - Fougasse, Salade Du Puy, Tomate Provençal, Seared Duck with Figs
August 21 Sweets - Sables, Plum Tarte Tatin, Lavender Ice Cream
