November Group Cooking Series - BURGUNDY
Join a group of 6 other students as we discuss, cook and taste recipes that explore the classic flavours of rural Burgundy. Across 4 classes in November, you will learn traditional soups, stews, sauces, breads, salad and desserts that showcase the traditional simple cooking of this French region.
This series is 4 classes:
November 6 - Soupe à l’Oignon Gratinée, Boule, Gougère, Winter Salad with Goat Cheese
November 13 - Oeufs en Meurette, Gratin Dauphinois au Bleu, Corniottes
November 20 - Boeuf Bourguignon, Poulet Gaston Gérard
November 27 - Poached Pears in Cassis, Nonnettes, Flamusse aux Pommes
The cost for this series is $390 per person . This includes all 4 classes, food and beverages and taxes.
